AgentNava vs Zapier
Zapier connects more than 9,000 apps and is the stronger choice for fixed, step-by-step automations. AgentNava turns a job you describe in plain English into an AI agent that decides the steps itself, priced per turn with the model and every tool call included, and you can put it on your website.

How each one counts what you use
The two products bill in different units, so compare them on your own workload.
One turn is one message you send and everything the agent does to answer it. Tool calls, file writes and thinking inside that turn cost nothing extra. The price depends only on the model grade you pick for the agent. See pricing.
Questions about AgentNava and Zapier
Is AgentNava a good Zapier alternative?
It is a good fit when the work needs judgment: reading a message, deciding what to do, drafting a reply. You describe the job and the agent decides the steps. For fixed automations across many apps, Zapier has a far larger catalog.
Does AgentNava have human approval like Zapier’s Human in the Loop?
Not yet. An approval pause that the platform enforces is being built. Today an agent asks you in the conversation before the steps its instructions mark as risky, and the platform does not stop it from acting on its own.
Is AgentNava cheaper than Zapier?
It depends on the work. AgentNava charges per turn, with the model and tools included; Zapier charges per action, with extra tasks for AI steps. Try your own workload with the $5 of free credit.
Can AgentNava connect to the same apps?
AgentNava connects to 130 apps today, all in Beta, plus MCP servers and your own HTTP endpoints. The full list is in the docs at docs.agentnava.com/connections.
What does an AgentNava agent cost to run?
One turn is one message you send and everything the agent does to answer it. Your first $5 of credit is on us, and an idle agent costs nothing. See pricing.
