How a lean sales team keeps its pipeline warm on autopilot

An agent that finds deals gone quiet every Monday, researches what changed, and prepares follow-ups for approval. An illustrative setup.

Picture a four-person sales team with the problem every growing team has: deals go quiet, and by the time anyone notices, the moment has passed. This is an illustrative setup for that team, not a specific customer: what the agent does, and what changes when it runs.

The setup

Every Monday at 8am the agent wakes, pulls deals with no activity for seven days, and researches what changed at each account: a funding round, a new hire, a product launch. It drafts a tailored follow-up per deal and stages them for a human to approve.

What changes

With the agent running, the team starts each week with a queue of ready-to-send follow-ups instead of a blank page. Nothing sends without a person’s yes, so the tone stays theirs. The agent does the finding and the drafting; the humans do the judgement. Quiet deals get a nudge that used to never come.
